Shipping policy

Orders will be processed up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If orders are placed before 5:00 pm EDT, orders may ship the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping methods available are ground and express. BirchTree does not ship internationally. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout including flat rate, free shipping, and express shipping.

Delivery times for ground shipments are 5-7 business days. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer when the package is shipped. 

The following states are restricted for shipping: Idaho, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, and Hawaii.

Changes or cancellations must be requested by email or phone within 24 hours after the order was placed.
